At Laguna Yachts, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring transparency regarding our policies and procedures. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.1. Payment Terms
- A 50% down payment is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance must be settled before the trip commences.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.
- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the trip, 50% of the down payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 7 days prior to the trip, subject to availability.
3. Loss or Damage of Property
- Any loss or damage to personal belongings must be reported immediately to the captain or crew.
- The company is not liable for any lost or misplaced items during the trip.
4. Safety & Legal Compliance
- As per UAE law, swimming is strictly prohibited after 7:00 PM for safety reasons.
- Guests are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
- Failure to comply with legal and safety guidelines may result in the termination of the trip without a refund.
